Restaurant with a contemporary setting offering wonderful dishes according to the seasons.
Nestled in a beautiful16th-century building, this exceptional restaurant boasts a contemporary setting with exposed half-timbering. Chef emeritus Jean-Luc Brendel is also an outstanding gardener, using the produce from his harvests on the Kobelsberg to create seasonal gustatory and pictorial marvels. For example, an aromatic pasta quadrucci with egg from his henhouse and complex broth, presented in a way that evokes a Wassily Kandinsky polyptych. Please note: reservations are essential for lunch or dinner here!
