Here is a nice establishment which proposes, without pushing itself, good Alsatian specialities: various flammenkuches, pie of the valley, garnished sauerkraut, braised knuckle of ham, baeckaoffa, burger with Ribeaupierre, "bouchée à la reine" and spätzlés... Here, one sits down without fuss in a good-natured atmosphere maintained by Philippe, who fills the appetites of the meat-eaters with beautiful pieces of beef or veal. It's also at the bon franquette that we share some excellent wines from the Domaine Joël Siegler in Mittelwihr.
