Nice establishment offering traditional dishes as well as tasty dishes on the slate in Riquewihr.
People come here for the famous riquewihrienne sauerkraut, a green sauerkraut made from cabbage marinated in a decoction of green herbs (dill, chervil, parsley), with surprisingly delicious flavors on the palate, accompanied of course by the famous sausages and the usual bacon. In the kitchen, Jacky concocts delicious, typically Alsatian dishes, which can be enjoyed at the back of the restaurant, on the terrace in fine weather, or in the authentic, colorfully decorated dining room. Reservations are highly recommended.
