A beautiful address with a contemporary decor offers delicious dishes and desserts in Riquewihr.
Jean-Luc Brendel has created a paradise on earth: the Kobelsberg garden. This permaculture garden boasts no less than 7,000 m2 of fruit, vegetables, seeds and herbs. Dragon beans, dogwoods and other nuggets are his source of inspiration for creative cooking. With D'Brendelstub, he has reinterpreted the Winstub concept to create a poetic, soothing place where conviviality reigns. The rotisserie is exceptional, whether for mature beef or ham on the spit, and the tarts flambées cooked over a wood fire are divine.

Pas de sourire, pas de regard. Aucun service!
