This is the story of a man with a passion for travel and Japan. After 20 years of travel and living in Japan, Philippe offers in his restaurant in the Alsatian setting, a 100% Japanese cuisine with a special mention for the Wagyu beef, an exceptional meat imported from Japan. Upon reservation, 2 menus are available and the journey begins from the first bite: royal egg chawanmushi, shiitake edamame, poultry and wakame yakitori, Wagyu beef/ginger/sesame yukké, all in alliance with nods to Alsace and subtle flavors.
