PARADE VÉNITIENNE
Organised since 2012 by the company Les Daydreams Venetian d'Yvoire (74) in partnership with the association riquewihrienne Art et Culture, this superb event brings together lovers of Venetian costumes and promotes in Alsace the medieval tradition of the carnival of the famous Ducal city. During a weekend at the beginning of July, the medieval streets and streets of Riquewihr voient around a hundred beautifully costumed and masked characters for the great pleasure of the natives and tourists. All volunteers, these participants come from all over France, but also from Belgium and Austria. Sunny parade, night parade, street theatre, Venetian market, photo expo, but above all, a timeless, timeless atmosphere!
