This tempting boutique features a wrought-iron sign with a stork and storklet in a nest full of cakes! Patrick and Christophe Loewert make kougelhopfs, bredalas, chocolates, gingerbread and Linzer tarts from natural ingredients. The Loewerts are also master jam makers. They offer some forty different jams! Their award-winning hay jelly and asparagus jam are emblematic, and have won numerous prizes, including a runner-up spot in the World Championship!

Ho comprato in questa pasticceria un kougelhopf, dolce tipico alsaziano. Dolce veramente molto raffermo, impresentabile. L'avevo comprato da regalare e mi sono vergognata. Probabilmente i gestori della pasticceria non puntano sulla qualità, ma a guadagnare ai danni del turista che lo acquista come regalo.
