In Greek, agape means "divine and unconditional love". Vincent Sipp has chosen to name his estate after this word because, he says, "wine is a link with the past and we are transmitters of emotions". The excellent work of this sympathetic winegrower has not escaped the eye of the critics: his wines are often cited in the leading wine magazines. His Riesling Expression is a little marvel of minerality. As for his Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut, its delicious aromas of raspberry currant can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with dessert!

(Avis d'origine)
We had an amazing wine tasting with Delphin who was extremely knowledgeable and gave an excellent guide to the production and range of the Agape wines. We also met Vincent Sipp.

We are from Napa valley area so we have a high expectation of wine tasting and this place was awful. We called to reserve a wine tasting session and they said they are available so we walked to their vineyard. It’s 10min walking from Riquewhir village center and it was a beautiful walk and scenery . We got there and asked for wine tasting they sat us on a table in middle of their packaging room facing a wall!! I felt like a prisoner! I asked can we sit in your backyard, they said no! I asked can we look at the vineyards, they said no! So we tasted 5 wines and bought a bottle and left! If someone comes to a vineyard, they are coming to see the beautiful scenery otherwise we would just do a wine tasting in a store with better decor at least! The wine gets one star, the experience gets zero star

Great place for a tasting outside the bustle of the tourist area. Excellent wine too
