Nestled in the centre of Rouffach, this restaurant has been able to retain a clientele of fine gourmets since spring 2010. All pastel grey and ecru dressed, it is a discreet place where it is good to settle, indoors as well as in the charming interior garden converted into a romantic terrace. Jean-Baptiste and Sandra Bisch, two former members of Isenbourg Castle, will surprise you with their delicate homemade seasonal cuisine. If the card (nicely handwritten) may seem short, it nevertheless contains some beautiful nuggets. A big hats off to this young couple of restaurateurs, discreet and friendly who do not spare their efforts for our greatest pleasure!

Retour pour une deuxième visite et toujours pas déçu. Tout est fait maison (sauces, pains, glaces, etc…). La cuisine mériterait amplement une étoile.
