Hotel-restaurant offering a cuisine that is a festival of flavors, around local dishes.
Recently taken over by Carl Beringer, this Jovinien establishment needs no introduction, as its cuisine offers a veritable festival of flavors. From the chef's homemade duck foie gras, tournedos cut from beef tenderloin with Chablis sauce, to simple tartines of Yonne goat's cheese and Chablis-aged cheese, there's something for every taste and budget. There's also a slate menu and a Bistrot menu for a quick and tasty meal. Finally, the establishment is also a beautiful 2-star hotel. All this, just a stone's throw from the historic center.

Côté Vins, un intéressant Viognier de bord du Rhône est à 30 euros ce qui forcit un peu la note mais rien d'obligatoire. Google refuse mes photos du menu, dommage !
