Véronique and Auguste Klein, nature-loving winegrowers, have fallen in love with a rare variety of wild orchid, which they protect on their plots. The vines, which have held the organic label since 2022, are spread over 3 communes: Saint-Hippolyte (ideal for pinots), Rorschwihr (gewurztraminer, the estate's wines are often noticed) and Scherwiller (riesling). Fine Alsace crémants are also produced. 1 spacious, comfortable gîte for 2 people is available for resting during your visit to the Wine Route: information on request.
