This family estate of 27 ha in biodynamic and agroforestry has built its reputation on the Rouge de Saint-Hippolyte. It extends over the Clos des Aubépines, the Langenberg (terrace cultivation), the Schlossreben, the Burgreben and the Grand Cru Glockelberg. The estate specializes in natural wines. The 2018 Bubble Reinette, riesling infused on muscat marc, sparkles deliciously. The 2019 Rouge de Saint-Hippolyte Vieilles Vignes delivers on its promise with a silky mouthfeel on cherry and raspberry. The 2017 Quinta do Cabras looks like a port. Nice discoveries.
