This hotel-restaurant nestled against the Porte d'Avallon, also known as the Porte Peinte, is a marvel. A simple and original cuisine, decorated with spicy flavors or herbs from the garden. Among the great specialties, the eggs in meurette, the calf's head, and the famous tart with candied ginger served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A friendly service, and a beautiful shaded terrace. Note that "La Vieille Tour" also offers, in an 18th century building, 5 rooms, one of which has been fitted out in the tower of the building. Magnificent.

Quelques tables lovées dans le jardin où un personnel souriant et à l'écoute s'occupe de vous.
Des plats classiques ou pas mais goûtus.
En suggestions du moment : un tartare de boeuf à l'italienne, des ris de veau aux morilles et une compotée fraise-rhubarbe....
Que du bonheur...
On y ajoute une pils alsacienne bien fraîche et gouleyante à souhait ou un petit Chablis de chez Pommier ????
