In addition to the must-try keftas, let yourself be surprised by the spinach bourani or the Kachke Banjan, a tasty minced eggplant spiced up with garlic and cheese! Our favorite is the Ghabeli Palaw, a succulent dish made with grated carrots, raisins, pistachios, rosewater, spinach and split peas. Dishes are served with naan, torchi or traditional spiced rice.
