The Botter family lovingly raise their Vosges breed cows, which graze freely on a natural diet of carefully selected grass, hay and cereals. The menu includes spider, entrecote, rump steak, rib steak, bourguignon, chuck, round steak... all without a trip to the slaughterhouse. All vacuum-packed, to be purchased on site (by appointment) or ordered by phone or e-mail. We'll let you know when your order is ready for delivery, and we'll give you the recipe of the month... with seasonal vegetables!

Produits d'excellentes qualité élevée dans le respect des animaux et de la nature en pleine montagne. Des personnes très sympathique qui vous livre sur Strasbourg et allant-tour , que demander de plus ! Vous savez ce que vous avez dans votre assiette ! Un kilo de viande reste 1 kilo, pas de graisse et de flotte qui réduit ! Bon appétit !
