La Rose Rouge is a restaurant located in Sainte-Croix-En-Plaine. Here, you'll be welcomed into a warm setting to enjoy cuisine prepared by chef Matthias Lingelser. He has a proven track record in establishments such as Les Trois Soleils de Montal in Saint-Céré, Le Clo des délices in Ottrott and Château d'Isenbourg. The house offers carefully prepared dishes, where the quality of the ingredients blends harmoniously with subtly associated flavors. At lunchtime, for example, you can opt for the magret de canard rosé or the pavé de skrei grillé with broccoli and Basque chorizo sauce. In the evening, you can choose between the sensational formula of main course and dessert, or the refined formula of starter + main course. For a more complete culinary experience, it's best to opt for the epicurean formula with starter + main course + dessert. Salomé, the chef's wife, can advise you on your choice of wine.
