Two enthusiasts who have created an artisan distillery in homage to their grandfathers, producing Alsatian Gin.

The founder of this artisanal distillery is creatively inspired by beautiful ancestral practices. Located in a beautifully renovated barn, the distillery has a sublime still designed especially for it. Florian Gil distills 100% Alsatian gin in 3 versions: Pin Up Wings (gold medal at the Lyon 2020 International Competition), Rose des Vents (Alsatian juniper and saffron) and Super Broussard (coriander, citrus, thyme and rosemary). Good to know: Florian organizes workshops on appointment to create your own gin!

Superbe distillerie qui propose un atelier de création de Gin auquel mon compagnon et moi avons participé. Florian est un hôte très sympathique et passionné, qui captive son groupe par des explications claires et simples sur les étapes de fabrication du Gin. Secondé par son ami P-O, ils sont aux petits soins de leurs visiteurs, l'accès au bar et la découverte des produits de La Grange ainsi que la convivialité du moment passé sont un vrai plaisir. Un grand merci !

Super atelier création de son propre gin.
Florian nous a fait découvrir sa passion pour la distillerie et le gin, le tout dans une ambiance très conviviale en dégustant l’ensemble de la gamme des produits de la distillerie.

Florian nous a montré avec beaucoup de détail la procédure de la création du gin. Il est très passionné pour son métier ce qu'il montre dans ces explications précises. Nous avons eu un grand choix d'ingrédients et en plus nous avons pu créer notre gin qu'on a emmené à la maison.
C'est une idée de cadeau parfaite pour vos proches.
