Two enthusiasts who have created an artisan distillery in homage to their grandfathers, producing Alsatian Gin.

The founder of this artisanal distillery is creatively inspired by beautiful ancestral practices. Located in a beautifully renovated barn, the distillery has a sublime still designed especially for it. Florian Gil distills 100% Alsatian gin in 3 versions: Pin Up Wings (gold medal at the Lyon 2020 International Competition), Rose des Vents (Alsatian juniper and saffron) and Super Broussard (coriander, citrus, thyme and rosemary). Good to know: Florian organizes workshops on appointment to create your own gin!

Je recommande fortement la visite de la distillerie avec création de son propre gin. C'est open bar, charcuterie et pain fournis, et chacun repart avec 50cl de son propre gin, super expérience très conviviale
