C'est un restaurant de camping. Les attentes étaient faibles, très faibles.
C'était absolument fabuleux. Nous avons pris l'entrecôte, le canard, la salade de fromage de chèvre et - oui, vraiment - le meilleur cordon bleu que vous ayez jamais goûté. Il était recouvert de lardons, de champignons, d'oignons et de fromage de Munster... le paradis. Le paradis de la cuisine française.
Ils étaient un peu en sous-effectif, alors la dame a dû travailler pour trois, ce qu'elle a fait de façon remarquable.
Ai-je mentionné le crémant d'Alsace ? Et la délicieuse crème brûlée ?
