Guillaume and his brigade have turned this restaurant into a little local jewel, which pays tribute to the industrial and textile past of the Val d'Argent and offers a seasonal, lively and well prepared cuisine. In a modern and warm decor, you can enjoy dishes made with products from a circuit as short as possible. Duck stew, saithe in a pretzel and popcorn Viennese sauce, arancini of coral lentil with goat cheese and spinach, the dishes are out of the ordinary and the taste buds are asking for more.
