Warm and cozy, its 13 rooms and suites are decorated in a mountain spirit and bathed in light. On the inn side, Birgit and her team prepare Alsatian specialties, accompanied by a selection of the region's finest vintages. All of this can be enjoyed in one of the welcoming and charming dining rooms, in the veranda or on the terrace in fine weather.

Le service est impeccable, l’enchaînement est un peu laborieux mais la où je n’ai pas aimé, c’est les saveurs.
C’est plat, ça n’a aucun caractère, la viande hachée n’était pas assaisonnée, la sauce aux champignons aurait pu sortir d’un bidon ça aurait été pareil.
On a l’impression que le cuisinier n’a pas la volonté de sortir de la banalité et c’est dommage, ça rajouterai une dimension à sa cuisine.
L’ambiance du lieu est sympathique.
