La Fourchette was taken over by two local restaurateurs in 2005. True to the memories of their childhood, they sometimes playfully invite you to share their emotions of yesteryear: beware, many teddy bears will be watching you. Here, Alsatian gastronomy and its traditional dishes have been revisited. You'll find salmon with wasabi cream, beef snails and cordon bleu with Munster cheese. José and Lucien, the two bosses, shine in the originality of their creations and take care of the service themselves, so that customers are received like kings, from amuse-bouche to dessert. At lunchtime, there are three daily specials from €8 to €16, so why deprive yourself?
