Restaurant offering Alsatian gastronomy and traditional dishes in Schlierbach.

La Fourchette was taken over by two local restaurateurs in 2005. True to the memories of their childhood, they sometimes playfully invite you to share their emotions of yesteryear: beware, many teddy bears will be watching you. Here, Alsatian gastronomy and its traditional dishes have been revisited. You'll find salmon with wasabi cream, beef snails and cordon bleu with Munster cheese. José and Lucien, the two bosses, shine in the originality of their creations and take care of the service themselves, so that customers are received like kings, from amuse-bouche to dessert. At lunchtime, there are three daily specials from €8 to €16, so why deprive yourself?

Très bonne cuisine
Un excellent restaurant pour la qualité de sa cuisine .je pense que les félicitations s'imposent pour le chefs cuisinier et son équipe .parcontre en ce qui concerne le personnel de salle c est une catastrophe ! 3 h pour finir un dîner a 4 .devoir demander 3 fois les cafés juste inadmissible alors qu il avait été précisé avec le dessert !! L' organisation des serveurs est vraiment a revoir rapidement sous peine de perdre des clients !

Restaurant un peu cher mais on mange bien. Le cadre est sympa et même les toilettes sont original de par leur serviette :).
Repas qui suffit mais il ne faut pas être un grand mangeur car on sortira encore avec l'envie de manger.
Le personnel est sympa et souriant
