A church dedicated to Saint George located in Sentheim, equipped with altars, confessionals, wooden chairs, and an organ
The architect Gaspard Mertz, attached to the abbey of Masevaux, drew up the plans for this church built in 1779 on the site of a first building. If the parish celebrates Saint Wendelin, the church is dedicated to Saint George. Inside, the altars, confessionals and pulpit are made of wood. The organ was built by the Rinckenbach brothers in 1909. Note the Way of the Cross by Jean-François Mattauer. 14 stations representing the story of Christ. A personal and contemporary vision of this caricaturist artist well known in the Doller valley.
