Welcome to this Savoyard enclave in the center of Sens! Le Chalet is the place to be if you are a cheese lover. Right next to the covered market, how could you not be tempted by a generous and perfectly prepared Savoyard fondue? Or by a croziflette, a speciality to discover: small Savoyard pasta with reblochon, bacon and candied onions, all baked in the oven.
