Restaurant with terrace offering typical Alsatian dishes.

Michel and his team welcome you to La Vignette, winner of the Excellence Award from the Association des gourmets des régions. In the heart of Dambach-la-Ville, the terrace overlooks the Bear Fountain and the restaurant's two rooms are equally welcoming and warm, tastefully decorated. The typical dishes of Alsatian gastronomy are well represented, homemade with products from local producers. There are many choices: braised hocks, pike-perch with crémant, Alsatian poté, gratin with munster.... All are very generous and the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Vegetarians will find here a menu to their liking. Mama Schnell's homemade pies, apfelstrudel or rum savarin are a delight. It should be noted that part of the card is available to take away if, however, you did not want to spend a moment in this warm establishment which, although often well filled, nevertheless keeps an impeccable service. Moreover, Aurélie, who is in charge of it, will advise you admirably in your choices, always with a smile.

Very, very disappointed have " Fleichkechle" practically inmangeable, hard including concrete, my wife told me it must have a bone!!! has my opinion they were with their 2 or the 3rd reheating, but far far from being freshly prepared. I past the comment one offered an espresso me!!!! avalent apparently tourists, but not me.
Therefore restaurant to be avoided!
Report poor price quality that does not reflect the good regional food in Alsace.
A pretty village, a pretty setting, staff in outfit Tyrolean if you like Alsace (a little too typical) you love the light meals of the chef, Michel. Traditional (sauerkraut, flams) brasserie (chicken vol-au-vent, grilled meat) and some little gems to be discovered.

More that is not very expensive and on fine days the terrace allows you to enjoy all that outside. And so to digest will you visit the wine trails on a tour Riesling? Dambach the city is also famous for that.
