Located in the charming town of Dambach-la-Ville in Alsace, the Vins d'Alsace Famille Dietrich winery is a must for wine lovers. Founded in the early 1960s by Laurent Dietrich, the winery has specialized in bottled sales, winning over many customers over the generations. The estate's vineyards are spread over several villages, including Dambach-la-Ville, Dieffenthal, Itterswiller, Reichsfeld and Albé, and are farmed organically. The wines are fermented and aged in magnificent oak tuns in the cellar, which dates back to 1620. The whites benefit from natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts, while the reds undergo a long pellicular maceration.
