Owner's Message

Ideally located in the Morvan Park, 10 mn from Vézelay and 20 mn from Chablis, the historical Château de Vault de Lugny is a place of total relaxation in the middle of nature and gastronomy. A
luxury hotel since 1986, all the rooms of the castle are air-conditioned and fully equipped.
A very attentive and quality service will be present throughout your stay.

Detailed tours for your sporting, cultural or oenological activities are available at the reception in French and English.

The MICHELIN starred gastronomic restaurant is open every evening and lunchtime from Friday to Sunday and every lunchtime in July and August.

Seul restaurant étoilé de l'avallonnais, ce lieu superbe est un bel écrin pour les créations succulentes, subtiles et harmonieuses de Mr Bowanee : le menu dégustation était excellent... Mémorable !

Déguster un menu saveur pour le dejeuner face a cet arbre remarquable...quoi de plus agréable
Le repas vous est servi avec beaucoup de soins et d attentions, les plats ne sont pas uniquement savoureux ils sont aussi présentés avec goût...pas d hésitation cela vous donne l envie de découvrir sous plaisirs vos papilles vont etre réveillées.
Le cadre est tres soigné et le repas est tout en accord

Cadre idéal, personnel sympathique et aux petits soins. Tout était délicieux de l’amuse bouche au dessert, aucune fausse note. C’est l’un des meilleurs restaurants dans lesquels nous avons pu manger.
