This good Alsatian restaurant welcomes you in an authentic setting: monumental fireplace, rustic china cabinet, nicely laid tables. At the Ancel family, catering has been a family affair since 1724! The chef favors local products to compose delicious local dishes: "bouchée à la reine", roasted pork shank with 5 spices, 4 fish sauerkraut, stewed wild boar Saint-Hubert, flambéed pies... Vegetarian guests will enjoy a burger from the vegetable garden or an excellent vegetable couscous A small menu is dedicated to children.

Open Thursday to Monday for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and in the evening from 18:30 to 21:00. Brasserie service in the morning and afternoon. Extended hours in high season and in December. Sauerkraut : 19 €. Menus : from 23 € (vegetarian) to 38 €. Menu for groups: from 14 €/person. Children's dishes (-12 years old): from 6 € to 9 €. Terrace.

Globalement désagréable. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour communiquer dans une autre langue qu’ ill français. Plats qui n'ont pas répondu aux attentes - le genou de porc était sec, mal assaisonné et mal cuit ; l'accompagnement était insipide ; les pommes de terre sautées étaient friables ; les légumes étaient crus.
Nous ne le recommandons pas.
