Restaurant with a trendy atmosphere offering original tarts flambées and pierrades

Atypical in the devil, Flamme & Co associates trendy design and flambéed tarts! No more Alsatian folklore, the decor is 100% contemporary. Flammekueche are available in various versions, from the most natural to the most vegetarian. Sweet tooths will enjoy small flames (lemon, crème brûlée...). Flamme & Co also offers pierrades (prawns and monkfish in Thai sauce, chicken fillets marinated in curry, entrecote steak in Béarnaise sauce) which are very convivial. Little advice: think of reserving to sit down in this offbeat flammerie!

Tartes flambées immanquables
Vous y trouverez toutes sortes de tartes flambées cuites au feu de bois. Que vous aimiez les tartes traditionnelles ou originales. Pour ma part plutôt les originales. A ne pas maquer la tarte flambée au foie gras juste excellente. ou celle au magret de canard ou encore au fromage de chèvre et miel... Endroit pour redécouvrir les tartes flambées. Personnel agréable.

Sur l'avis d'un ami alsacien, notre groupe a découvert ce restaurant qui offre une variété exceptionnelle de 'Flammkueche' salées et sucrées de quoi faire un repas complet en toute convivialité. Les vins conseillés sont adaptés à chaque étape du repas.
Style moderne, ambiance agréable, service discret et diligent.

Undoubtedly my favourite restaurant! The acceuiel is warm and modern atmosphere and trendy. And then for people tired of eternal the flam yellow-brown, rediscover the pleasure of eating an original flam. Another advantage is updating in every season, there as always of innovation, farewell monotony. The only downside the price is a little expensive but the quality is. good appetite!
