In a venerable 15th century residence, Laurine Gutleben is a marvel in the kitchen. The young woman trained with Olivier Nasti (2 Michelin stars) in Kaysersberg and at the Maison Troisgros (3 Michelin stars) in Roanne. She composes culinary scores full of energy: sweetbreads with Saltimbocca, filet of beef Rossini with foie gras and black truffle... For the wines, all excellent, we trust Wilfried, the charming sommelier. Reservations are highly recommended as this small restaurant is often fully booked!
