AUBERGE LA CHEMINÉE
Restaurant with an Irish-style bar offering a good selection of craft beers and whiskies.
The Vosges peaks invite themselves in this restaurant decorated with artistically bleached beams and a wood-burning oven. Nestled in the pedestrian street of Kaysersberg, it has an Irish-style bar where you can enjoy a good choice of traditional beers but also whiskies... Alsatians! Here, you can enjoy a delicious Alsatian maxi burger and good cheese specialities, including pies flambéed on a wood fire, baked potatoes gratinated in munster or reblochon and a delicious Savoyard fondue with 3 cheeses. Alsatian salad, sauerkraut garnished and baeckeofe are also available à la carte or on the local menu. In short, this Auberge de la Cheminée is authentically friendly, an address as we like it!

Ordre du service et pour payer laisse à désirer : dernier venu premier servi.
Conclusion : à éviter
Kindness and courtesy: no one
Disappointed to have fié sly little minx, however always good advice in general.
Tourist trap if you go in weekend for example.
