You can opt for a terrine of goose foie gras with Berawecka fruit, Lewerknepfles (liver dumplings) with shallots, beef with coarse salt and horseradish, or simply fall for a sauerkraut with 9 toppings, necessarily... royal! The traditional setting is cosy and restful, the service is pleasant and attentive. Add to this a high-flying wine list that is sure to please the discerning oenophile!

Le Chambard is a special place in a special town. The staff goes out of their way to make it perfect, and it is. I had a picturesque vineyard view (my request) and a lovely fountain and medieval tower outside my window. The bed was like a cloud, breakfast was a dream. I'll be back soon...

Nous avons vécu une expérience hors du temps, le Chambard est une maison de qualité avec une décoration aussi surprenante que chaleureuse. Nous avons pu découvrir une cuisine de haute volée au sein du restaurant d'Olivier Nasti, avec une expérience aussi visuelle que gustative. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
