LE MORÉOTE
Atypical and poetic restaurant with terrace where the chef proposes refined seasonal and quality dishes, wine list
Looking for an atypical and poetic restaurant? Welcome to the Moréote! Named after an old name for the Pinot Noir grape variety, it welcomes about twenty guests in an intimate setting highlighted by exposed stones and beams, furnished with tables topped with white and vintage caned chairs, decorated with nicely offset objects. In the kitchen, the chef prepares refined dishes at the discretion of the market using high quality products. Gyoza (ravioli with Thai court-bouillon), Burgundy snail burger, roasted fresh foie gras escalopines, Irish meadow lamb rack, duck breast with candied cranberries, rum baba-bouchon or iced kougelhopf flavoured with mirabelle plum brandy: here's something to whet your appetite! Excellent wine list and beautiful terrace open in spring.
