Restaurant with terrace at the water's edge, offering Alsatian menus with an interesting price/quality ratio
Set on the banks of the River Weiss just beyond Kaysersberg's famous fortified bridge, this restaurant boasts three dining rooms and a terrace that's practically right on the water! It offers great value for money, with a tempting full Alsatian menu. Flammekueches and sauerkraut are among the local favorites, so you can go there with your eyes shut. For the festive season, Le Kaysersberg sells duck foie gras to take away, packaged in 200-gram verrines or by weight.

Il faut vraiment arriver tôt pour être servi. Les gens n'étaient déjà plus admis avant 13 heures.
