A rustic establishment with a shaded terrace offering delicious surprises on the plate.
Whatever the season, a stroll on the heights of Kaysersberg is always very pleasant, especially if you complement it with a meal break at the Saint Alexis Inn! Stopping in this rustic establishment is an ineffable pleasure because, in addition to the fact that it is bordered by a shaded terrace and a large and superbly maintained vegetable garden, it offers delicious surprises on the plate. Various omelettes (plain, ham, cheese, bacon), sauerkraut garnished, braised ham, munster tartiflette, farm rooster, game and seasonal fruit tart: there is something for everyone at low prices. At the end of these rustic agape, do not skip the visit of the Saint-Alexis chapel (late Gothic style) which was part of a hermitage until the 17th century. It contains a bas-relief from the early 16th century and represents the death of Saint Alexis. After that, return to Kaysersberg... on foot or by car!
