Just like the team behind it, this friendly restaurant is full of color! In the kitchen, Joris Viaux gives pride of place to the region's organic producers. All the Alsatian classics are represented, perfectly executed and served in generous portions. The hearty röstis and crispy flammenkueche are accompanied by a zest of originality, and it's delicious. And for lovers of biodynamic and natural wines, the wine list is full of superb nuggets from Alsace and elsewhere, including by the glass.

Petit bémol : on arrive au restaurant par -7°C, le jeune homme qui nous "accueille" nous dit "une table ne va pas tarder à se libérer mais allez attendre dehors" ... il faudrait mettre les formes lorsqu'on s'adresse à des clients.
Mise à part cela, le repas dans ce restaurant est toujours très bon ce n’était pas la première fois que je venais. Le jaret au munster est une tuerie !
