Just like the team behind it, this friendly restaurant is full of color! In the kitchen, Joris Viaux gives pride of place to the region's organic producers. All the Alsatian classics are represented, perfectly executed and generously proportioned. Hearty röstis and crispy flammenkueche are accompanied by a zest of originality, and it's delicious. And if you're a fan of biodynamic or natural wines, you'll find some superb nuggets from Alsace and elsewhere on the wine list, including by the glass.

En famille aussi nous y avons passé de bons moments.
La cuisine est authentique, originale et toujours copieuse. Le service est souvent renouvelé mais en général fort sympathique. Les prix sont plus que corrects. Tient, et si on y retournait in de ces jours ?
Prix relativement élevés au vu des assiettes plutôt chiches (19€ une salade). Cela semble plutôt la norme à Kayserberg. Rien à reprocher à la qualité de la cuisine mais rien d'inoubliables non plus.
