As early as 1945, the Dietrichs cultivated the 7 Alsatian grape varieties in Kaysersberg. Their son Jean-Jacques expanded the estate to 13 hectares. The estate has received the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification thanks to its reasoned wine production, on grassed plots and with hand harvesting. Taste the Riesling Geisburg with its apricot nose, the Gewurztraminer Kaefferkopf Grand Cru 2021 or the Pinot Noir Réserve 2019 aged in oak barrels, woody and slightly tannic.

The wine was actually pretty good but the wine steward was terrible. He looked at his phone the whole time & was completely disinterested in doing his job. We took 2 bottles of wine but we would have purchased more if we enjoyed the atmosphere . Avoid Tuesdays.

De passage dans ce lieu pour la diffusion de la finale, après avoir découvert leur vin au marché de Noël, accueil très chaleureux, personnes très sympathiques et le vin y est très bon !! Je recommande vivement
