Cultivating vines since the 16th century in Kaysersberg, André, Véronique and their son Lucas produce on 8 ha the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. They no longer use chemical weed killers, harvest the grapes by hand and have received the HVE label. To taste: Riesling and Pinot Gris Grand Cru Schlossberg, Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles, Muscat Grande Réserve (Gold Medal Guide Gilbert et Gaillard), Pinot Noir in oak barrels, Crémant d'Alsace Blanc de Noir.
