Nous avons été reçus par Madame Faller et son fils avec qui nous avons passé un très bon moment. Dégustation très agréable et vins délicieux. Un grand merci.

Eddy ci ha dato la possibilità, nonostante fosse già al completo, di visitare questa straordinaria azienda. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare dei vini davvero ottimi.

I had a hard time rating this place I would need to rate our experience 3.7 overall.

Hands down the best wine you will taste. You do pay the price for it though.
They let you try their grand cru, the other wineries did not. Which was worth the price for wine amateurs. ( if you don’t care for high quality wine then maybe skip this place)

We bought one bottle and they waived a tasting a very nice gesture they did not need to do.

When we asked questions we got sophisticated answers. However if we didn’t ask we would not get much explanation on the domaine. It was a very dry atmosphere and we did not feel welcome in their home.

The domaine and visit of the vineyard was beautiful and we were lucky to be on a sunny day. One of the few that made sense to take pictures and enjoy the nature around. It’s very beautiful.

As mentioned the service was very dry, we did not feel welcome in their home, with the tasting room as soon as you walk in but the washrooms where in their personal living quarters and there was no interest to show you the place this is no way an experience where the owners seemed passionate to share and have a conversation about wine and how it is made.

Just go expecting to taste their great wines, walk around the domaine if you wish on your own time take pictures and videos then leave.

There’s not much exchange and very to the point. Basically drink your wine buy the one you like and get out.

Overall happy with the wine and place.

If you like wines I would recommend it, if it’s just another winery for you there are many others a lot more friendly with great wines at much cheaper prices.

Virkelig et besøg værd. Udsøgte vine. Vi har været forbi flere gange og bliver altid venligt modtaget. Vi kender vinene og kommer for at købe ikke for at smage. Hvis man ønsker at smage flere vine er det en god ide at melde sin ankomst.

After tasting the wine in a restaurant we decided to visit the place. Friendly lady helped us and we bought a couple of wines to take home.

Hinter schönen Mauern schlummert dieses tolle Weingut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und durften einiges probieren. Die Geschichte des Weinguts wurde kurzweilig und spannend dargelegt. Ein gelungener Ausflug und definitiv nicht der letzte Besuch. Tolle Weine und freundliche Erzeuger :-)

Tijdens ons verblijf in Kayserberg waren we geintrigeerd geraakt door de lovende reviews die we onder andere op Vivino en Google lazen over de kwaliteit van wijnen die dit wijnhuis herbergt. In de vele reviews lazen we dat mensen het er met succes op waagden om zonder een afspraak langs te gaan, dit inspireerde ons hetzelfde te doen.

De locatie is erg mooi, we parkeren onze auto op het binnenpleintje en bellen aan. Een vriendelijke dame waarvan we vermoeden dat ze de eigenaresse is doet de deur open. We geven mee dat we geen afspraak hebben, maar vragen of het toch mogelijk is enkele wijnen te proeven met de duidelijke intentie op daarna ook te gaan kopen. Hierop antwoorde ze positief, liet ons binnen en zei dat ze binnen 2 minuten terug kwam omdat ze momenteel nog andere gasten had. Na 45 minuten wachten zlnder haar nog gezien of gehoord te hebben zijn we terug vertrokken.

Vele wijnhuizen zijn erg goed georganiseerd, van een wijnhuis met dergelijke status zou je gelijkaardigs verwachten. Een gemiste kans.

Fine wines but tasting visit exorbitant at 65 euros a head. Better hospitality nearby.

A very disappointing cash-grab experience, I would not recommend visiting this domaine whatsoever. Sadly the tasting is of a low standard for the price (€65pp) when compared with other wineries in the whole of Alsace (most of whom do not charge and let you taste many more wines).

There is no denying the wines are extremely good but you would be better off enjoying a few glasses over dinner somewhere and learning about the estate with a quick Google search than listening to their lacklustre explanations.

The offer of buying €100 of wine with which the domaine waves the tasting fee is tragic. It does not come from a place of passion for sharing wine and celebrating this region with those who have taken the time to see it in person.

トラブルで予約時間より1時間遅れて行きましたが、上品なマダムが出迎えてくださいました。

客層は高級車で訪れるセレブリティが多い印象で
日本の庶民の私たちはちょっと緊張する雰囲気でした。

ワインは高級、試飲もそれなりのお値段だけに
訪問者はそれぞれ別のクラシカルな個室に通され、
説明者が巡回するスタイルでした。
説明は控えめな感じです。

そのため、時間はかかりますので、時間に余裕をもって訪問したいワイナリーです。

Un Très Grand Domaine de Renom qui traverse les siècles à la perfection.
Le petit ruisseau weinbach circule tout près des vignes magnifiquement entretenues en biodynamie.
A chaque cuvée, une expression originelle , sincère, persistante, touchante.
Acceuil Chaleureux de toute la Famille Faller.
Catherine et Eddy ont un esprit Noble.
Des humains Affables, enjoués, altruistes. On a presque l'envie de rester oui.
Au retour , j'aperçois une Cigogne.

Havde ikke lavet aftal ønske bare at købe en vin vi havde smagt til middagen dagen før.
Følge os ikke velkomme , inden vi kom ind skulle vi svare på om vi ønske det ene eller andet.
Skulle smage på en vin , og fik ikke lov fik to dyre vine st smage på. Egne kom selv og vente øjne af os da vi ikke have bestil tid.

Schön hier, etwas vornehm, angenehm und ruhig. Ort voller Geschichte. Die Weine sind etwas teuer aber natürlich super.
Für Weintasting muss man reservieren, pro Person 86€.

We took the wrong way to enter (trough the backyard). How unfortunate that we were welcomed by a very rude man who said there is no degustation but also didnt want to show us the way out. Clearly we were lost and didnt need someone to threaten us by saying there is a very agressive dog. Well, at least it was an experience ;)

Μια γοητευτική τοποθεσία σε ένα domaine με μεγάλη ιστορία !
Το επισκεφτήκαμε απροειδοποίητα και μας κάλεσαν μέσα με πολύ ευγένεια .
Τα κρασιά είναι καταπληκτικά και φυσικά ψωνίσαμε !
Το προτείνω σίγουρα !

Bonne expérience du domaine, possibilité de déguster 14 vins, ce qui est très bien. Léger petit bémol pour l'accueil. Nous sommes en pleine période de vendanges (mi octobre) et nous comprenons que le temps pour les dégustations privées passe un peu au second plan, mais nous avions une légère impression de "déranger" avec en plus un sentiment de malaise (grands silences) avec le propriétaire. Après à chacun ses facilités dans le contact avec la clientèle.
