We love to spend a moment in this artisanal bakery where we offer ourselves a breakfast with pure butter buns. As a snack, we succumb to the charm of the vanilla mille-feuille! But above all, there are these incredible breads made with natural leaven and organic flour: with cereals, pumpkin seeds, small spelt, olives or even cocoa! They come out of the oven hot all day long. A pure delight! And for small and large events, the catering service is a hit.

In der Geburtsstadt von Albert Schweitzer fanden wir eine entzückende Bäckerei. Der Rhabarber- und der Käsekuchen waren hervorragend. Ein Gaumenschmaus, den es so in Deutschland nicht gibt. Der Besuch vom Museum war absolute Pflicht.

Cela fais deux fois que nous y allons une fois en Octobre 2023 et une autre fois en Avril 2024 et c’est toujours très bon. l’accueil est super, bien sûr les pâtisseries sont excellentes je recommande ! Nous y retournerons c’est sûr ????
