You will enjoy a traditional seasonal cuisine, which uses both local products and those of the sea: escalopine of sweetbreads with sherry, lobster and langoustine salad, sea bass and saint-pierre with a shellfish coulis, etc. Chef Olivier Robin is not lacking in inventiveness and the accuracy of the preparations is well worth the detour.
