THE TEMPLE OF MARCH
The Temple de Mars is a Gallo-Roman site built at the end of the century.
On the heights of the village of Haut-Bécherel, the Temple de Mars is a Gallo-Roman site built at the end of the 1st century AD. With a surface area of one hectare, it is the largest Roman temple in Armorique. It was destroyed by arson at the end of the 3rd century. The sections of wall still visible are those of the cella, the most sacred part of the temple, which housed the statue of the divinity. An interactive visit is available on mobile via the "Temple de Mars 3D" application and on the Coriosolis archeomuseum tablets.

Bref, super visite !
