Inn in the former Seestaedlé marcairie offering bistronomic dishes

Located in the former Seestaedlé farmhouse at the bottom of the Tanet ski slopes, this inn decorated in a chalet style seduces with its bistronomic dishes. Chef Patrick Kempf highlights local products in an original and tasty way. To whet your appetite: ballottine of free-range chicken and duck foie gras with gewurztraminer or cannelloni of pike and pink trout in a creamy white wine sauce. In short: it's 100% roots and chic, hence the super crush!

Excellent déjeuner ! Cadre verdoyant au cœur des Vosges. Auberge de montagne proposant une cuisine très savoureuse. Excellents tournedos de poulet et crumble aux quetsches, belle carte des vins. L'assiette montagnarde est très complète. Possibilité de déjeuner en terrasse s'il fait beau (avec une très belle vue) ou à l'intérieur (avec l'ambiance chaleureuse d'un chalet).
