The place, just like the few dishes served in a setting that has not moved in decades, are absolutely worth a visit. The hostel is located on the edge of a flat area overlooking the Munster Valley. In winter, the surrounding meadows are used by alpine skiers. The view of the Hohneck is superb. The food you receive is simple and delicious. Taste the hot homemade goat cheese with its raw vegetables as an appetizer. Afterwards, we strongly recommend fleishschnakas, a regional speciality that we lovingly concoct here. Be careful, the hostel is only open on Wednesday midday and weekends.

Voilà une petite auberge nichée au coeur de la montagne où vous vous sentirez tout de suite bien accueilli: un décor joliment suranné et authentique, un accueil souriant et une cuisine simple mais savoureuse aux produits du terroir et issus de l'exploitation...le chèvre chaud est à tomber, tout comme le boeuf gros sel ou les fameux fleischsnacka (escargots tradtionnels alsaciens, faits de pâtes et de viande hachée) et le sieskaas (fromage blanc créneux arrosé de sucre et de Kirsch)...un vrai sans faute!
