Farmhouse offers a marcaire meal as well as a baeckaoffa menu from farm products in Soultzeren.

Situated at 950 m altitude near the Col du Linge, this farmhouse inn has been managed for over 40 years by the Didierjean family, who treats its faithful regulars as well as tourists and hikers! In addition to the traditional Marcaire meal, you can opt (booking in advance) for a baeckaoffa menu, sauerkraut, braised ham or "pic pic" (soup and grilled chicken wings with garlic and parsley). The Glasborn offers farmhouse products (cheese, cold cuts) to take away.

Tous étaient parfaits, repas onctueux et goûteux. Nous sommes venus de Normandie avec la pluie pour goûter le repas marcaire et malheureusement elle nous a suivi jusqu'à la. Dommage mais quelle belle région.

Une ferme auberge qui porte bien son nom... de l'accueil parfait au service irréprochable, tout le monde est aux petits soins ... côté repas, là aussi tout est parfait : du goût, de la fraîcheur, une cuisine sincère et roborative pour un niveau de qualité prix excellent. Une adresse à tester absolument si vous passez dans la région.
