Grégory Tartivel, his family's fourth-generation crêpier, offers a menu of galettes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The specialties are original and the classics are outstanding. The stone-grilled meats are equally renowned. Add to this a smiling welcome and a reasonable bill. The little extra? The arranged rums at the end of the meal, to be enjoyed with relish and moderation.
