L'art de la billig, a beautiful formula that sums up the quality of what Isabelle and Olivier offer. The wheat flours are 100% organic, as are the cider and vegetables from Breton agriculture. The galettes are also guaranteed gluten-free. The fresh seaweed used to garnish certain specialties is an absolute must. On the sweet side, the crêpe with its pan-fried apples, market honey, homemade salted butter caramel and homemade vanilla ice cream is well worth the detour. A very good crêperie, one of the best in Dinan.
