L'art de la billig, a beautiful phrase that sums up the quality of what Isabelle and Olivier offer. The buckwheat and wheat flours are 100% organic, as are the organic cider and vegetables from Brittany. Note that the galettes are guaranteed gluten-free. The fresh seaweed used to garnish certain specialties is an absolute must. On the sweet side, the crêpe topped with a pan-fried apple, honey, caramel and vanilla ice cream is well worth the detour. A very good crêperie, if not the best in Dinan.

Une crêperie très agréable et très fréquentée. Une super formule du midi avec une galette salée, une crêpe sucrée et une boisson chaude.
J'ai adoré le tartare d'algues avec ma crêpe au saumon fumé, très original.
Tout le personnel est très sympa !
